In Game Name: icondigi What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for: Website & Forums Short title for your suggestion: Ex-Staff Recognition What are you suggesting: I think we need to add some form of recognition when it comes to old staff members. Staff members served mass amounts of time on ECC for free to help and care for the server. Once they leave staff I feel like they often forget about. I am suggesting to add some type of official recognition to show the user was previously on staff. For example, we could use what we are doing for the servers old ranks with a: - "Ex-Staff Member" - "Ex-Staff" - "Ex-Moderator" etc idkkkk They could be in in a dark grey, white, blue idk some colour. Otherwise, we could add some type of forum medal/trophy that represents it, for example - A stick (to show a ban hammer) - idk some other item that is staff like and friendly Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: I just feel like this is a good addition, because honestly, we give medals out on the forums for winning the lottery, is it that hard to show some support for our old staff members! Other information: If you think this is hard to go through and remember every single staff member! Luckily, with our office staff guidebook, we have every staff members name written down. I know it might be a bit of manual work going through adding it to all these people. But I feel like all you have to do is put all the names in a class together and then it will apply. 1. This would just make people aim for moderator rank to achieve the forum rank/medal as opposed to wanting to help the server. We already have a staff guidebook in the general section. 2. Even if this were approved you sure as heck would never get the rank/medal in your life, for breaking the trust of the entire team by removing all your forum warnings, quite frankly sabotaging the system before you left. 3. And finally this presents a plethora of other problems that really would take too long to get into.
