It would help quiet the anxiety users have about the future of the server, as well as let people be heard in a way 100 messages a minute in discord can't. I think that suggestions typically are your best source for an open discussion on something you want implemented into the server. Regarding being told more things Clar said recently that she doesn’t want to say/promise a bunch of things and not deliver so that’s why players don’t hear about things until they’re complete. I think generally a lot of the anxiety around the server should be gone now that Craved took over. He seems at least 50% more mentally stable than andrew so we should be good.
ECC, at least since the acquisition, has a full transparency mentality, which has been great to reduce anxiety (trust me, I've had a lot of anxiety with the server, which thanks to transparency helped reduce it). A lot of info has been shared on the discord and discussions have been happening in all three places of communication (discord, in-game, and forums). As was said already, if there is no confirmation something can even happen, they won't build up hype. This does go in terms of the Economy. Thanks to the pre-acquisition shenanigans, there is a lot to figure out. Once a solution has been tested & would be the best fit, it will be stated. Discussions have been & are still being discussed in-game and on discord servers, Plus, the suggestions forum is still up (since we are talking in it), and people have been suggesting some great stuff. At least half of what makes ECC what it is today came from suggestions And I'm sure this is still the case, if you have questions about stuff, I'm sure a thread in help/support or even general discussion is okay
We will release news/updates as needed. There isn't any need to discuss every little thing all the time. It takes up a lot of time and energy that is better spent on doing server things. You are always welcome to have civil and positive discussions on the forums about various topics, but we won't be doing an open forum discussion about the running of the server.
