You can always ask for help in channel trade doing /ch tr. Many users who have this donation feature are willing to help but at a cost. They will also need perms to the town you're in to place it. It's always best if you can ask someone who already has perms in your town (like a mayor, co-mayor, etc) to do it for you.

 

It cost $15 USD which you can buy on this page here. Alternatively, you can ask around to see if anyone is willing to pay it for you in exchange for ECD currency. On average, most people will sell at a rate of 6k per USD, meaning for a $15 donation feature it would cost 90k ECD currency.

This is a $15 USD feature. (At an exchange rate of 5-6k per USD this would be about 75-90k ECD)
The first time you purchase it, you raise your max homes from 1 to 5.
The next time you purchase it (MultihomePlus), you go from 5 homes to 25 homes.
Every time after that (MultihomePlus2, MultihomePlus3, etc) is an additional 25 homes.

 

I don't donate with ny own money. I pay with ECD myself. It is the only way I can "rationalize" my addiction time playing to my wife.
