NOTE: I have only tested this in the pvp world. OK I may have found a weird tp/dupe bug. OK, this has to do with armour and warp signs. I first noticed this when I clicked the warparena1north sign, and then realised I had acidentaly brought a helemet and I did not want to. It was on my head as I right clicked the sign with the helm in my hand, thus equipping it. Anyway, I wanted to go back to pvp spawn but when I clicked the warppvpspawn, the teleport dely msg came up (Time before next teleport - 5sec) and it randomly gave me an exact replica of the helmet on my head. It oly gives you 1 more, I tried it multiple times, and if you try to move or take off the helmet on your head, it disappears. Also if other players look at you while the helm is on you, they will not see a helm, but if you do f5 you are wearing one. PLease do some testing on this bug thanks for reading.
To see if the item was really duped, log out and then back in. If you have two items, then it should be reported. If you only have one time, then the issue is client side, ie your minecraft falling out of synch for a sec and it is not really a dupe but a temporary harmless glitch.
