Alright so as a few of these cases are showing up I have decided to give a bit of info on this subject. So many users use contracts when putting out loans/requesting loans. However there has recently been a addition to the rule: This means you have to also take screenshots of all the transactions, this is to tell us if the transaction had actually occurred. We will not act on evidence if it is only the contract itself, as it doesn't tell us if there was a breach at the beginning, or if both party's decided to end the contract. What you should take screenshots of: ~Agreement (Just to be safe) ~Money being sent ~Agreed Date (just to be safe) You shouldn't rely on contracts themselves to keep you scam free, take the correct evidence, and the staff team will be able to help with your issue.
Actually due to more than one complaint, it has been getting more and more, and not many users see the new addition.
In all the loans I've made I always put a date but on this one I didn't cause I really trusted the user...
