Take it to private or party messaging if you must. - Treat everyone with respect - both vendors and shoppers. If you know another shop sells something you don't, let the customer know where to find it. Working together will be our key to success. - Sandstone, glowstone, and glass may not be altered, however you are free to place carpet or decorate your shop as you see fit as long as you stay inside the sandstone and glass outlines. I will provide lift signs at your location if you need them at no charge (I recommend at least a ladder backup) - but of course you are welcome to build stairs or ladders if you wish. - Vendor must remain active - over 7 days without official notice to us and you may be removed and your signs lwc'd. - We require a minimum of 10 unique trade signs at all times - this is important for everyone to be successful. Advertising Rules: - Ads may be placed in the For Sale section of the ECC Forums on a thread you create. We will also be offering ad placement on our official Shopping Thread in the near future. - Ads may be placed in the trade channel of the server and must comply with the server rules. If a moderator requests you to slow down postings, make sure to do so immediately! In general, you are allowed 2 unique posts 3-5 minutes apart, however, there are times when they need you to post less. - No negative advertising of any kind is allowed - no discussion of other markets is needed for any reason. Thank you for your interest in our shopping center. These are excellent questions. We do not allow sharing of shop space due to the complications that can occur. We also feel that our rates for shop space is quite reasonable. The $500 per week is an introductory price and any further weeks would be charged at $1000 per week. I would suggest that if you are truly interested that you go ahead and pay the 10 week maximum for your best investment return. We will be hosting fun activities each week to help bring customers to your shops such as the drop party we will have this weekend. Our goal is that you succeed so that we can be successful. Yes, we are indeed open. All information regarding /warp's and portals can be found in the first post on this thread. Yes, you are allowed to pick whichever shop you would like. And yes, time will begin once your shop application is accepted. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
@ldw116 we currently have 12 shops with two floors to them, as you can see from Admirals screenshots. You have the option of LO2-6 (I currently own LO1) or RO1-6. If you need to know anything else just ask us!
Get your vendor applications in because the first four to do so will get rent for $500 a week (Normal price is 1k!) with a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 10 weeks! Lets get them apps in! Don't forget you can read about Cybertron here
