I am buying a town with a portal. I don't care how griefed it is. I am not paying more than 150k. I would prefer you to be the original owner HOWEVER if I see a town that interests me being sold by the non-original owner, I will still be interested. I am selling a town called "Matrix". It has a portal but I am not the original owner. I am looking for around 100k for it, keep in mind you only have to fill in the holes and do LWCs. Upon request I am available to clean up the LWCs for you. Portal can be located on third floor (towns3), gold row.

Just a very, very basic price guide of what I would like to pay for towns. Of course these numbers are massively skewed by things such as the towns content, state, and what extra things they have, such as warp, grand structures, or pvp arenas. For a town with a portal(original owner): 60k-150k For a town with a portal(not originalowner: 60k-100k
I am considering selling one of the towns I own which has a portal and a nice beginner farm. I am not the original owner currently, however, I have a contract that allows me to transfer or sell the transfer rights to the town. I am asking 180k with a payment plan with 100k down, but would consider 140k cash as a reasonable offer.
I do not do payment plans, but 140k would be a good offer on its own? Also what is the name of the town, so I can check it out.
