In case the lower offers don't follow through or there is an issue, I will post my bid I would charge 50,000 ECD. I have any materials needed that you do not supply. No extra cost. I would also finish the job within 24 hours of you letting me know I was to do it. You wouldn't have to pay me a penny until it was completed to your satisfaction. OK ,I could go as low as 40k but no lower. This job sounds like it will take a few hours. It isn't just laying the blocks, but making the first intial planting. So I would have to be going over each place twice. I also guarantee my work. Again, not a penny paid by you until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
