If you are a resident planning on purchasing mayor in the next few weeks, and you also want to buy a portal for your town, you probably have done the math and realized it will cost 85k for mayor, and 75k for the portal, so 160k total. I am interested in offering you a different option. I would give you a town called "Paradisecity" with a portal already in it (160k value), and all I ask in return is 120k, and I get your "mayor town" - ie. I choose where it goes, what it's named, and I am the full owner. So, you would save 40k (instead of paying 160k total, you would only pay 120k), and you wouldn't have to spend time finding and planning a town. Paradisecity is mostly flat (there are several buildings, but a large portion is flat), so you could get started on building a town right away! The price is negotiable, and I will probably leave this deal open to any resident for a while, which means that if you don't have the 120k now, you could start earning it and come back in a couple weeks. So they would pay 85k to the server to get their mayor tag, and you would get 35k from them? Then you would trade towns?
Yes. My plan is also to buy a portal (through them) for my newly acquired town, but that would be my own money, just through them (as the original owner must buy portals).
