[WANTED] Piville Paris Mall Design and Donations

The Mall
PivilleParis is part of the LuxuryLiving Nation and is the newest part of Piville (owned by @314). My plans for this town consists of a residential area for builders and residents, a large(ish) Eifel Tower and a 100 x 200 mall. The mall will have staff, shop owners and shoppers and be a multi story building. The problem is, I have never built a mall before and need some help. I would like you to design a structure that I can use for the mall.

Guidelines:

• Must be multistory- you choose how many floors!
• Must be french themed- do this as you please!
• Can be any size you wish!

Important: I am offering a prize of $15,000 ECD for this plus a free shop for life. You will also get a sign placed on the front of the building with your name on it, crediting you for the design.


Donations:
My balance currently stands at a little over $308, so I need donations for the mall to be a success. These can be as much or as little as you wish. It can be money, blocks (no dirt or cobble please), or tools (enchanted tools are also good!). If you would like to donate please comment on this thread, PM me in game or on the forums. If you donate you will be placed on a leaderboard showing the top donators. When the mall is done, the top donator will be given a special shop next to the entrance for free for 3 months and then pay a reduced rate. I will also give the 2nd highest donor a free shop of their choosing free for 2 months and then a reduced rate!
