[Wanted] Nation Co-Mayors/Partners

What I am looking for:
People to be able to invest money or time/resources in my nation,

Why I need this:
I have been spending all my time on ECC for over the past year working
on this, and while I have made much progress it is going slower
than I wish it went.
I have hired an amazing co-mayor @Qohonez and @dom621 for the farm, and @314 has
been a great help. But 4 people on this huge project is not enough.
Who I need:
I do not want to be begging for money. I am asking for people to invest
in it for their profit.
I need:
-People wanting to make a President/Additional town and that
need a spot to put it. They can put it as part of the
nation grid and contribute to the project as well
as develop their own town.

-People that want to start businesses and need land. I have plenty
of land available for skyscrapers, ect, and need people
willing to build on them. I am hoping this will attract more attention
to the project.

- People willing to help sell plots/land.

-Any workers that will be willing to work on projects.

Price would be cheap, but you would have to show me the design beforehand and we would make a contract for it (outlining what gets built, giving you permission to sell rooms, ect)
