[Wanted] House Built

As I am horrible at building, I hope to hire someone to build me a house. Currently, I am looking for a 20x20 - 25x25 modern house built in my new town, Mitiville (I know, bad name, right?). I'm willing to pay anywhere from 10k - 35k and will pay after the house is built.

You must be Resident+ to get this job
I will not be supplying blocks, and we can discuss a raise in pay if needed for the blocks
I would like screenshots of a rough draft of the house in singleplayer, or on the server

What I'd like to see in the build:
I'm looking for something fancy, with lots of decoration on the outside, so it won't look bland
If possible, I would like to see an original build, not something off of youtube
As I said, I would like a modern house, if possible, and absolutely nothing medieval
I do not care if the house is decorated on the interior, but I would love a room to put my chests

Quite an amazing build. I just have a few questions -

Is there any way to make the exterior different, adding shape to it?
And could you use a different material, say, wood/stone instead of using an expensive material such as quarts?

I'm still waiting on @yep1234's, @DeklineMC's, and @somkar8's build!

I absolutely love the sleek style that you chose. I love the quarts / the stone brick. But, if I do pick you, would you mind swapping the quarts pillars with dark oak? And, even though I love the little water/pool area in the front, I think i'm going to swap it out with roses, or some other flower. I know i'm probably annoying you at this point, but could you also make it a touch bigger? :3 Sorry i'm so picky! <3

Also, still waiting on a few of you to respond back! Take your time! I'd love to see other builds!

I did look at the link you sent, and I'm not really looking for a medieval-ish type build. I would love to see any other builds that you have, that aren't medieval, if you don't mind.
