Multihomes+ gives you from 5 -> 15 homes I believe. Water+ makes you unable to drown and use /fill water.
(Side note: /fill water fills a water bucket with water without delay. I personally recommend Pyro+; does a the things water+ does, but with lava.
How would you get the "+" donations? Do you donate twice to a single donation? (i.e: donate to MultiHome twice)
