I would like to say that so many of the spawn shops sell exactly what you are looking for and I believe you will find some shops selling at quite reasonable prices.

Hello @ASauer, if you're looking for tons of prismarine, my station (Station 27) has tons at bulk prices; around half a double chest of each type excluding dark prismarine. Hope this helps!
