{Wanted}-A active resident that we can rank up

So basically me and @ShadowHunter4587 need a resident that we can rank up and get them to make applications on the forums.

Requirements:

1. Active for a long period of time
2. Good on the forums
3. No ban history
4. Trusted user
5. A high level of maturity (No messing around)


What you will be doing:

• Staying unbanned and an active member on ecc for at least 6 months+
• Agreeing to contracts on forums
• Making applications on the forums
• Helping with what needs to be done with the project
• Not giving out info to the public
• More soon
