This depends on the style you want, if I am simply building a dirt, stone and, wood farm. I would do it for 80k I buy materials. (I have fly)
I have had two bids of 65k+materials, but both of them have backed out at the last second. Would you be willing to take anywhere around there?
You do realise that materials should cost no more than 8k if bought properly, and I have employed residents to do it for 15k. Everyone on a thread will always ask for more.
