To a user, however all I have are credits. They are -Portal -PVP -Town Redeem Andrewkm said that I wouldn't be able to transfer the credits, but what would it really matter? It's just extra labor for both sides, him having to approve the town and set regions, and me having to plan it out. Wouldn't it be practical just to transfer the credits?
I am the buyer in question, and I agree that it would be more practical to transfer the credits. With a credit, the buyer can choose exactly where he wants things etc.
If you are thinking there is no problem transferring credits before a purchase or something, that would be why Andrew won't do it. That means less money switches around and you two avoid fees for transferring town/Mayor/etc. Though, if you mean switching the credits once you've done all the other transferring... I don't know. Andrew is extremely busy as-is. Him having to move around names and credits is a huge hassle. You technically earned them, not iEvolive. You'd have to come up with an extremely good reason that Andrew should switch credits around and use his time on that. And I see no issue with you two coordinating together with making the town. Rez can mark the town where iEvolive wants it, places the Portal / PVP where needed, then switch over the possession. It isn't much more effort - You two just need to have patience and work together.
