I have 30x30s for sale in Mansfield! Normally, I build custom houses for people on them, so the normal price with a house is from 9k up. However, since you want to build I could sell you one for 7.5k. We don't have our own portal, but GoldVille is right next to us, and we have access to their portal (you would only have to walk about 100 blocks to get to your plot!), GoldVille has a spleef arena as well, but I will be building one in Mansfield when I have enough time, and GoldVille has a downtown area where store plots are available. I know, everything fun is in GoldVille but my town is basically an extension of GoldVille, and since they have all that stuff, I just use it but if you buy this plot, you would get perms in both towns, and an underground farm plot that is all in one chunk!
