If you are going to try to loan out the money at a higher interest rate I would suggest against it. You will find it harder to get loans with interest and even harder to get the money back you loan out. If you are planning on using these large cash amounts to purchase anything else in an attempt to make enough money to pay the interest I would also suggest against it. Not only would you have to make consistent money the plan could easily fall apart in the case of successive withdrawls. And in the case you are scamming thats an even worse idea for quite obvious reasons.
