Voting reminders have been becoming a problem lately. I don't know about anyone else, but if I want to vote for a server, that's because I like the server, not because if I don't I will get spammed. This isn't right. Why would we detract from the game for a few more votes a month? There are some that argue that it helps them remember when they need to vote, but for most like myself, it just gets in the way while mining and farming. I think they should be disable able. Meaning the people that want them can keep them and the people that don't can turn them off. FASA (Frequently asked by smart alecks) You can't take 1 minute of your time to support the server? Again, I vote because I like the server, I shouldn't have to be spammed to vote. That's your rebellious teenager spirit I'm not a teenager Voting will disable them you know And give them what they want? I think not.
Oh poor you, they're forcing you to vote to get rid of reminders. I just timed myself and it took me 90 seconds to vote 5 times. At $1000 per 90 seconds, that's $40,000 / hour rate. If you try to make money in this game, you shouldn't have a problem with voting -- its better than most people can do. I'm sure lots of you can do it in 60 seconds, which pushes it to $60,000 / hour.
I can't seem to do it in 90 seconds because I can never get the right count for the boxes or triangles on the new verification on Planet MC But I agree, voting helps attract more people to the server and it really is not that huge of an inconvenience. I like the reminders because sometimes I can't remember if I've voted in the last 24 hours.
