I won voting prizes for the month of December. I have been unable to collect prizes at the item claims center. Every time I right click on my chest I get the message that it is a private chest locked by andrewkm. I had messaged a game admin on Jan 6th for help but they did not get back to me. I logged in this morning to see that there is a new spawn. So can someone help me get my prizes?
I'm guessing you PMed Andrewkm on the forum? If so, next thing I'd try is tagging him. If it still takes a few days, maybe ask a GA for help in contacting Andrew.
I have not pmed Andrew yet but I was getting ready to. I did not want to bother him as I thought a Game Admin could help.
Well, Andrewkm handles the raffle prize stuff, last I knew (he is the only one who can spawn/create the prizes). :b That's why I said to message him.
