My Brother (Firebone5000) has voted yesterday and today, but i have also voted today and on Vote 2, it IP alreadyVoted today, i want to know if thiat means that this vote cares for the IP, not the player
Some voting websites use both ip and username, this is because people can use others' usernames and vote a whole lot of times.
So what that means is that whoever gets there first will be able to vote, but the other wont be able to?
Yes, the only way that you can eliminate this from happening is to work out some sort of deal with your brother. This is only because in the past im sure that people abused the voting feature by voting with multiple accounts.
