Reduce spawn to be a 500x500 area​

What are you suggesting:

Reduce the spawn to be a 500x500 area (+-250 each direction)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

There have been a bunch of complaints last week and a few so far this week about spawn being shit. Players have a harder time escaping a larger area spawn and I feel a 500x500 is large enough to ensure a no pvp and no grief area.​

Apologies for all the VMR suggestions. I started going ham on VMR again and started noticing some stuff given the recent rule changes/QoL stuff​
