Creeper Banners Patterns to Rare Crate​

What are you suggesting:

Adding the Creeper Banner Pattern to the Rare Crate Wheel. In addition, change the amount needed from 10 to 3 since all Rare Crate items only require 3 to complete​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

The Creeper Banner Pattern requires a Creeper head to craft, which is one of the items in the Rare Crate.​

Other information:

I have not obtained any yet to confirm that it does require 10 to complete, but what I do know is it requires a Rare Crate item to craft, and it was not listed in the Rare Crate items.​
