+1 I went to organize the VMR booklet exhibit on main and it was a nightmare. I know it is now based on ID number, but nobody knows that shit. Alphabetical was easier to navigate and figure out what empty spot was what item.
Doesnt it follow the same itemization as creative mode item list does? If so, you can just go by that.
So I just checked, it is based on the creative inventory order. Would much rather have it listed alphabetically since the creative menu is something not accessible on ECC.
Actually I went ahead and made an updated spreadsheet anyways with the creative inventory order. File > Make a Copy > Fill out column D in Obtained tab and view what's left in the Remaining tab.
There is no inherent order defined, the only source of order is from the defined list of materials in the API which is defined in alphabetical order, I have some theories but under a "don't spend more than 5 minutes on it" order, I couldn't say outside of some blind shot in the dark

The first image shows the master sort tab which should be hidden and can be ignored. It's there in case the booklet ever gets rearranged (which it didn't with the update) I thought it was internally based on the creative menu's order and made the document be able to be resorted because of how the server was updating vmr and how the updates were coming out with new stuff and the snapshots were rearranging the creative menu order. You'll wanna use sort setting 1.19 even though the server is updated to 1.20, that's just referring to how the items are sorted based on the creative menu's order Then you input all your data in the 'Obtained' tab This isn't a thread for bugs/error, moreso help/support. I changed my first post in the thread after making the document. It was initially asking to resort because of the changes from being alphabetical to being ordered by the creative menu's order. Everything is fine as it is now.
Will state that I am also in the process of updating the VMR booklet exhibit for ECCMuseum too, so there's that alternative as well
