    Brief Description: VMR points for the top 10 ranks were not distributed

    Evidence: Don't really have a previous screenshot of old scores but I'm assuming since the website was down this was the reason for this bug.

    Hands down one of the most annoying and screwed up bugs I had to track.
    Had to do with the fact we are running several seperate machines now.
    All fixed.
