VISCONTIA RESIDENTIAL CLUB Viscontia is not so much of a town, as of a residence area. We hire skilled designers to build for us, and sell their work here. The style we chose is pseudo-gothic, meaning outside the houses look all gothic and creepy, but from inside - they are modern and minimalistic. We might also change styles for some houses that were ordered by you. Our prices can be called ones of the highest on the server, for we think of Viscontia as of a club, only for chosen people. You can compare Viscontia to the American Express Centurion Card - you pay a lot, but then you get a lot of privileges. 1. Do not grief 2. Do not swear Notice: you may by any means do whatever you like in global chat, and face the consequences for it. In local chat in Viscontia, please bring the swearing level to minimum. 'WTF's and other things, like self-censored swearing, 'what the fak' etc. are allowed although if not spoken towards other players. 3. Respect our flag The club has a warp, it also has a town hall, a hotel, and it is grass-flat. FOR SALE Right now, there are three houses for sale, two based on 15x15 plots (not 15x15) and one on a 20x20 plot (not 20x20). On the pictures, you can see a lot of glowstone in random positions. This is for the photos, to make correct lighting. After you have bought the house, you may edit anything inside. All houses come with floors, and staircases. If you wish to see the houses in-game, please mail me or message me at any time. Viscontia also provides any interior decoration materials you will need. After purchasing property in Viscontia, you may sell, or rent it out any time you may desire, but that has to be agreed with the Club Administrator (@picasso182 1st House, based on 15x15: 2nd House, based on 20x20: The prices for them are as following: 1st House - $17,000 2nd House - $20,000 Small discounts available, payment plan also available(with contract).
