Villagers are still disabled from spawning and you cannot spawn them with eggs. (The only way they spawn is on world generation - and we just generated all worlds, so you see a lot of them). However they get butchered server wide after 15 minutes, therefore once a bit of time passes there will be less and less in Rising. (Before there were none, but we had years of butchering). PS: I've also removed them from /sell hand.
