    I want to know what is the program that lets a song play on iTunes to actual ventrilo and everyone can hear it

    Please explain in a little more detail what you mean by this. The way i am interpreting this I think you need virtual audio cable

    Ohhh, right click on ventrilo then click "intergration" then itunes
