You were asking others to join your server to test some plugins. You obviously didn't care that you were breaking rules while there was an admin in the same channel that could hear everything you said. Ventrilo follows the same rules as the server and there is no excuse for your actions. Reappeal with more effort and a long well written apology as to why you decided to break this rule with no remorse for your actions. Denied.
