    The rule you broke on your previous account (Thomas_Palmer_14) lead to a set "Permanent" ban on ventrilo. As far as I'm aware, although I wasn't there, I have heard what you did on Thomas_Palmer_14 in ventrilo should be a Permanent ban. Not only that, there isn't enough effort put into this appeal under any circumstances..
