What is Vault of ECC Incorporated?​

Vault of ECC Incorporated is a collaboration of companies to come together to benefit one another. They supplement one another's work and benefit from each other's success. We expand to all forms of business here on ECC to help get their own name out there. We help both new and standing businesses to expand their company by giving them startup funds, along with perks from each standing company involved with VoE Inc.

How to join VoE Inc.​

If you want to join VoE Inc., please forum pm Obblebobble, 265, THCOOL, and Jackson_G14 explaining your current business using the following format. You will not get taxed on your company profits to pay the Vault, rather you will be charged a one time payment of 50k for all of the perks listed below (This can be subject to change). The 50k is to pay for all perks upon joining and to help expand the Vault's efforts. The one time payment usually pays off within one week of joining due to all perks.

What does a company do at VoE Incoporated?​

We're trying to make ECC the way it's meant to be like, an economy server. You would reinvent your company and shape it just like a real company would, by assigning your business a CEO, and by attending meetings with all other businesses involved with VoE Incorporated. With that being said, upon joining VoE Incorporated, you would first need to assign your company the following:

-Business Name
-Weather your business is a Company, Industry, Organization, or Franchise.
-A Business CEO: The owner of the company
-A Business Board Director: Often times the CEO, the person who will attend VoE Incorporated Board Director meetings.

Your company can branch off and have more businesses under itself. For example, Vault of ECC branches off into banking, sportsbook betting, graphic design, ect. All branched businesses would still be listed as it's own business, but would not have it's own CEO or Board Director.

Board Director Meetings​

VoE Inc. Has many companies and many other businesses under it. To help the entire corporation function to the peak of efficiency, board director meetings will take place between all companies to discuss what the corporation should do next. The CEO and Board Director are often times the same person, very rarely will it be different. An inbox is established will all other Board Directors to talk about what VoE Inc. should do, and also sets up meetings where all Board Directors will verbally talk about what we as a single corporation should do next.

Communication​

Within VoE Inc, we use Slack as our main communication method. Upon joining, your company would get it's very own private channel. The CEO of your company, along with all your employees would be added to our slack and would have their private channel to communicate about. The legal team and marketing team also have their own channel where you could ask for assistance about business and what you wish to be done with it

These users help run everything behind the scenes at VoE Inc. You as well can help all businesses and companies that are affiliated with VoE by joining one of these divisions. There is currently no payment involved as we are still getting on our feet, but this gives you an opportunity to help build a reputation with being involved with major companies and working with the CEOs side by side. Payment options will become available later in time. The sooner you join and longer you stay, the better payment you will get once they are available.

This team would be involved in helping all businesses in expanding their company-base as far as they can. You will serve as a representative on VoE Inc. and will direct users to our company threads and services. You will work as one marketing team to formulate plans together on how businesses should be run according to your research. The team as a whole will join Board Director meetings and explain how they feel businesses should go about their work according to what they find. This is essentially a research team.

With all of the business VoE Inc goes through, there is a lot of legal involved. What can be done, and what can not. If you want to join the VoE legal team, you are more than welcome to. Mainly directed by Nicit6, you also would be expected to have an immense knowledge of how the server works, and what companies should do to ensure security and stability. You would help create contracts, threads, and help deal with explaining to users what we do everyday with that.

Honostly, not much, other than the name getting out there. The entire point of this is to spawn new businesses and help people expand their current ones. You even get perks like reduced Vault of ECC loan interest and eventually others as companies get on board. In a sense we're kind of losing money by doing this at first, our motives are to expand business on ECC to make it more interesting, because honestly extensive business is something that's missing in an economy server. This is to help encourage them.

 

I'll for sure go over the thread with the entire ownership to finalize these sort of things and make the whole thread more obvious and less transparent. This entire corporation is still in the early stage so we'll go over every logistic and everything else we intend to do made obvious. Stuff like insurance is still very complicated to implement, which is why it's not included at the moment. Obble was using that as a pure example, that is why it is not included in the thread at the moment. For example: if you were running a star tool business, that's a heck of a lot more risky than a town business which just sells plots. So if the star tool business wanted insurance, they would start to get taxed a much higher percent than if a town business wanted insurance for a smaller thing like grief. Every company or business that would join would have a very specific taxing, fund startup, and involvement in the business. We'll make sure to have everything be much, much more clear very soon. If you have any questions forum inbox us about them and we can go into further detail. As for your insurance questions, couldn't answer as it's not really available and we havn't gone over it too much. Again, just an example of a potential profit method later down the road. It's not really even profit though lol, there's just as much potential that we could lose out. Another reason it's not included atm.
