Accused Username: @ZachDaMonster Complaint: Loan Scamming Evidence: Proof of Loan. Additional Information: I remember mailing him back when he had to make 8k per day, he had to make less than 20k for at least 15 days. There is NO reason he couldn't have paid off this loan within the time frame. Currently he's paid 50/300k which was back in the 20's of November. Rather than banning if he can't pay off the money, I'd like to set up late fees here and now, I will now ONLY do 10k for everyday late, up to 30 days, with 50k weekly payments to the sign I already have set up in my home, Zach has a home set. ZachDaMonster please do respond to this, and MODS please don't lock this until Zach chooses which he would prefer, there is no negotiation here. I gave him plenty opportunities to negotiate the terms. Now it's crunch time.
@ZachDaMonster Why have you not repaid this loan? Or better yet do you have proof of payment? You have 24hrs to respond.
