Accused Username: Zach_Attack252Complaint: The user refuses to work. I payed him and told him to "take your time" because i was being nice. He worked for the first 2 days and then stopped completely. After that he started making up excuses. After that I was patient for another 2 days hoping to see him do something but still nothing. Then I sent him a pm today giving him a time frame because i was tired of his attitude and also seeing him still do nothing. I told him either pay me back the money or work but he refused to do either. After that i told @WeirdBuilder to try to figuring something out with him before I file a complaint but he just want cooperative and said he would rather me file a complaint. He also had other excuses that he was under payed and there was too much work but that's on him because he agreed to it in the first place. He also said he did "hours of work" even though i saw him work for like 3 hours max and then just stop working all together. As well as that I told him he doesn't have to clear the whole town. I told him to just clear to Y31 which should even be that hard since there wasn't much land to clear in the first place. As well as that some of it was already cleared.Evidence: Additional Information:
Thank you for filing this complaint @TankNoodle. @Zach_Attack252, can you please provide your side of the story as to why this work has not been completed?
I didn't complete the work because I never knew there were two pieces of land that had to be done I tped to one piece and was added there so I just worked on it for 4 hours the first day. Then I probably put another 4 hours in to that same piece with a friend until I found out there was another piece of land that needed to be cleared. Which is why I stopped because he clearly lowballed the price. I have 85k in my bank bal for him. Definately dont recommend doing jobs for this user as he takes advantage of people clearly. He also never put a time frame then proceeded to spam message me twelve hours later about why I wasn't working on it at the time.
Bottom line is I payed you to do work and you refuse to do it or pay me back so now we ended up here. I even tried to resolve the issue peacefully through pm's but I guess your stubbornness got the best of you.
Given how poorly this in-game agreement was worded, if @Zach_Attack252 and @TankNoodle are both in agreement, then it would seem best to refund the money and void the agreement. If you wish to redefine the terms of the agreement, then it can be done so after the money has been refunded and this current agreement voided. Are you both in favor of a refund?
@Zach_Attack252 please refund the sum of $85k to @TankNoodle, and both comment here when the transaction is completed.
@Zach_Attack252 & @TankNoodle, Thank you both for being cooperative throughout this! I would recommend that you more explicitly outline the terms of your in-game agreements in the future to avoid situations like this. Complaint Resolved.
