Accused Username: Wolfspy7Complaint: A while ago there was a competition to win the town 'Jump_suite' from wolfspy. He came back on the server and asked if he could have the town back to try and get back into the server, i said no but he could co-own it (since I felt bad thinking he was poor) I am no longer owner, as wolfspy7 has removed me without my consent. The link shows the competition thread.Evidence: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/competition-for-jump_suite-town.186283/page-2Additional Information:
Hello @Mangomanga Unfortunately, as there was no official transfer contract or application, the town Jump_Suite is still officially owned by @wolfspy7 . https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/new-owner-wolfspy7-jump_suite.178181/ Therefore your /rg i ownership was still under the permission of @wolfspy7 , and he is able to remove you as an owner if he desires. However, @wolfspy7 should have presented you with an eviction notice at least 3 days prior to your removal. @wolfspy7 do you have evidence of a 3-day eviction notice for @Mangomanga ?
I asked @FwgKing if I needed to 3 day eviction and he said as long as he doesnt own a plot in the town I could remove straight away
From experience, the only way you can remove someone from a town without a three day notice is if: - The person is offline 7+ days - The person was doing a build for the owner under a build contract - They griefed the town Sorry if irrelevant
Well this is why I asked a super mod, I can provide screenshots of what @FwgKing told me if needed, but this is why I asked In the first place lol.
In the future, one of these three conditions must be met to warrant a lack of eviction notice, else the notice is still needed to remove a player from a town - regardless of if they own a plot in it or not. Because of the miscommunication that happened here I will be dismissing this complaint without warning, but please follow these guidelines when removing players from your towns. You can find them here. Complaint Dismissed.
