    I was to pay 65k by Feb. 17th, to a sign in the town. I had the money on the day, as seen below. washingtonc removed the sign before I was able to pay. In my screenshot, my balance shows that I have the money, on the day it was due, but the town was already reclaimed.    ​

    I don't believe washingtonc intentionally did this, he simply logged off before I made it to the sign to pay. If I may, I would not suggest banning him, simply having him give back my 15k down.​

    I forgot to mention, I talked to both KMaxwell and Dewsy92 about this, and with washingtonc in a different timezone, I never got a chance to talk to him.

    it was a month and you didn't pay so i can legally remove you. i didn't do any thing wrong

    Hi pauldersgate & washingtonc,

    washingtonc, could you please explain why the sign was no longer there on the 17th for pauldersgate to pay the 65k?Also, the contract doesn't provide you with a reason to remove Washingtonc from the town as there is no clause concerned with failure to pay the 65k.

    i removed the sign because it had been a month and he failed to pay. i also removed him from my town because he had no need to use my town any more. i dont see what i did wrong. Dewsy92

    pauldersgate contacted me in-game yesterday [17th] to tell me that you have removed the sign and so he couldn't pay you the money. Yesterday was the deadline, and so you removed the sign early. Could you please explain why you did this.

    Yesterday was the final day for repayment and there was no sign for pauldersgate to use to pay you. When did you remove the sign?

    Dewsy92 and sir may i point out he is not asking for me to put the sign up and wait for him to pay me the 65k that pauldersgate owes me. but in fact he is claiming that i owe him money instead.

    Yes i do not wish to complete the deal, i wish to have my 15k down payment returned, washingtonc may keep the own as a normal town reclaim would go (which must be handled by a GameAdmin, which i believe KMaxwell is)

    Also, would it be possible to delete this thread should this outcome be produced? I would hate for someone to search for washingtonc in this section, find a complaint, and not wish to do business with him for such a trivial thing.

    Dewsy92 i dont think thats fair he sold perms. he had enough to pay me but he bought mayor instead. he sold the town to other users. and he failed to pay me. p.s. the 15k was a downpayment so i dont see why i have to pay it back

    The reason why I suggested that is because you removed the sign before the deadline. [I have just checked when the sign was destroyed]. He had the necessary balance to pay the 65k whilst it was still the 17th, so you are not completely guilt free in this transaction.

    pauldersgate has made you a fair offer, and I would like to see this complaint resolved amicably.

    i removed the sign on the 17th because the contract was over and he broke it by not pay me in time

    The 17th was the last day to repay, which extends to midnight at the end of the day. You removed it several hours too early.
