Felon Username: twinsfan5Complaint: Claims that I apparently "scammed him" without me even seeing transaction. He told me to "hand it over", for free, even though there was no sign he even sent the 50 dollars I was supposed to get from it. And finally, he gave up and paid for it, and still claims that I apparently "scammed him" in the end. I think you should take action because players like him are able to scam their way through the economy and take players items. This quote from the rules can explain my dilemma: "following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed". He claimed he didnt see I paid him though he pmed me when I paid him, and when he said "he would go look in the chat and he said he couldnt find it" it was not that far up in chat
I said, I gave you the book when you paid the fee, which you did after asking for it continuously for free, and you finally paid, so I gave you the book. And I scrolled up and down on the chat, when you sent me the TP request, and still didn't find it. I'm not sure, but I don't think that's "admitting to scamming".
First off, I didn't ask it for, as I paid for it so don't put words in my mouth when I didn't say it! And Second I paid right after I sent the Tp. You are making up a story as we go.
Quite simply there's no evidence here to even begin to accuse or punish one user or another. This sounds like a massive mis-communication, based on a potentially missed message and a lot of pointed fingers. In the end, I certainly cannot see any rules broken aside from a few light accusations which were returned by both users. My judgement in this matter is basic enough: In the future, both of you please get screenshots of any transactions with someone you may not know very well. I know it may be tedious, but as things stand this has only served to frustrate the both of you. There's not much else to be done aside to advise you be careful. If there's another matter you feel I have not properly addressed, feel free to file another complaint with sufficient evidence, but there's nothing more to be done with this complaint as it stands.
