Accused Username: @TURTTTTTTTTTTTTTComplaint: Loan Scamming, gave this user a 30k loan, was expected to pay back 30k in 2 weeks from loan date (4/23/16) with sign set up at (rising x : 11056 y: 64 z: 11254) at station27 Had until 5/7/16 to pay off loan, however i mailed him in game and gave him until midnight UTC+8 (chinese time zone) on the night of 5/8 to pay it off, however sign is still empty at 2:50 am on 5/9/16 (UCT).Evidence: the first photo, is the empty sign, and then contract agreements after that.Additional Information:
Just so you know UTC is synonymous with GMT, so the timezone of china is UTC +8, not UTC. However, the argument is still valid that @TURTTTTTTTTTTTTT is late on his payment.

I feel like it was a pretty generous loan in first place 30k loan for 30k repayment +4 nstars(which i have received) and 2 weeks to repay if you can get in game to give me the 30k looks like @CrazySwagMaster1 is willing to help? but otherwise i dont think i can extend it further.

Since that in the last 24 hrs @TURTTTTTTTTTTTTT hasn't payed you back nor has any agreement been reched i will be banning him for loan scamming.
