Accused Username: Trey_BComplaint: User owes me money and hasn't paid, it's been over 4 days lateEvidence: Additional Information: User did a bet at /warp debt and lost which resulted him owing me $25,000 in 24 hours, I am yet to receive this payment. This bet occurred on Tuesday last week, I understand that I don't have a time-stamp so I'm hoping the fact that I have time-stamped the /mail I sent to him a few days ago will suffice. I also didn't get a /rn on Daniel due to him being vanished, once again I'm hoping the "Now chatting to Trey_B" will also be enough. I didn't want to file this @Trey_B but you "literally" told me too yesterday. There is a sign located /tppos -2841 64-13924 for Trey to be able to pay the money if a case occurs where our timezone difference prevent us being on at the same time, it is very near the warp of /warp debt. I confirmed with Trey that he does indeed have /fly so there should be no issue in being able to access the sign I have created. If there is any problem I am certain that a moderator would be able to tp you there to pay the money.
Hello @xX3PICREBELXx , From the evidence provided we can see a clear deal that @Trey_B owes you 25k within a day however there is no timestamps on the original agreement screenshot. Furthermore we cannot be sure that the nickname 'Daniel' was infact @Trey_B as we'll need a screenshot of that for proof. However, this doesn't mean @Trey_B doesn't owe you, but we will be giving the user 24 hours from now to fulfill the payment. Should this amount be paid within 24 hours, either @xX3PICREBELXx or @Trey_B providing evidence of the payment will suffice for resolving this complaint. Should it not, then we will further handle it from there. User @Trey_B given 24 hours to pay the 25k
I was in the screenshot as you can see ... I did witness this bet and it was trey_b, and he did take the bet...
I guess I can agree to that However, if you do not pay in the next 24 hours like you have just agreed too I'm going to just simply have to request for you to be banned as at that point it's almost a joke. You know where the sign is as I have mentioned it previously in the complaint, just simply pay the money into the sign when you log on.
Alright seeing that @xX3PICREBELXx is only giving 24 hours maximum to pay this off, @Trey_B you will have to pay the debt owed by the 24 hours starting from now. User given 24 hours to pay off debt
