Felon Username: @TimmyChoiComplaint: This guy came right outside my town and started creating signs and locking them and we were moving blocks inside my town borders and as i would break blocks he would put them back purposely being counter productive. Yes this was not anyone's town but he was doing it for the purpose of harassment and extortion. I asked him several times politely to leave and he just kept saying that he likes lotto. When i asked what that had to do with anything he said he needs funds for lotto. so i asked if he was saying that if i gave him money he would remove the locks and stop bothering me and he said yes. Eventually i paid him so that he would just leave since he only asked for 1.4k but all he did was vanish and now hes just hanging around in my town.Evidence: Additional Information: This was clearly harassment, i see him ask winning lotto players for money from the lotto, he trolls for loans in general chat too. I don't think hes here to play anymore, just troll and cause problems. @StanleyMines was there to see the conversation in local and can confirm that this guy was just causing trouble for no reason.
@TimmyChoi While you are no stranger to the complaint section here on ECC, over the last several months you have been obeying the rules and playing nicely. However, what you have done here is a very serious breach of several rules and should never be repeated. Located here and here, I refer to the following: Clause 2 - Trolling Yes, the actions you made were in the wild, but constituted a very grief-like harassment for those trying to work or build in that area. It was a deliberate attempt to start discord, and is not tolerated. Clause 3 - Harassment This specifically applies to your underhanded extortion of ECD as a way to fund lotto purchases, and I really cannot say how disappointed I am in you that you would sink so low. Clause 8: Unlimited LWCs Using your LWC locks on items that are not yours for the intent of trolling is against the rules. Even without the Unlimited LWCs feature to lock something that isn't yours, that is deliberately done to troll or harass another player, is not allowed. I do hope that I have made myself abundantly clear about what our expectations are from you going forward, and I would like you to re-read all of the rules of this server to ensure that you get in to no trouble in the future. -KMax
