Felon Username: Then00bishpanda.Complaint: He has removed me from all pandanation towns which are: PandaVille, PandaValley, PandaHeights, PandaHills, BudderVille, PandaCapitol, CakeCity, PandaPlains and Demeter. He sent me mail saying that because I pronounced I quit, hw removed me with no saying. I have put a lot of time and effort in that town for what? Being removed without notice. I don't think so. The 'blackmail doesn't frighten me part' is that I sent him a mail saying 'Add me back or I make a complaint' I don't know why he started this.Evidence: Additional Information: In the screenshots it shows clear evidence that he doesn't intend to add me back and is ready to be banned.

Usually, when someone says this server is cruel and corrupt and publicly state that they quit, I take it seriously. So with that, I removed slayer from the towns. I also removed him: 1. Because the town is no longer active thus I do not need anyone to help anymore 2. He hasn't helped the town in over 3 months so once again, didn't need him and 3. Like I stated above. HE. QUIT. So why does he care so much? I do not know. That's my story, if I am banned so be it.
@TheN00BISHPanda Did you provide a 3 day eviction notice to @Slayer_Boy_2000? If you did, can you provide evidence of that eviction notice? @Slayer_Boy_2000 Do you have any items to collect from any of @TheN00BISHPanda 's town? Currently the only rule I can see being broken is @TheN00BISHPanda not providing the minimum 3 day eviction notice. Unless you can provide evidence that you are the legal or official owner of some, or all of these towns @TheN00BISHPanda is able to remove you from the town for any reason as long as he provides you with a minimum of 3 days notice about an eviction or you are inactive for more than 7 days.
I do not see the legitimacy in this complaint. As a co-owner of the towns, I also feel as if you had abandoned the project.
If you still want to remove @Slayer_Boy_2000 from your towns please provide @Slayer_Boy_2000 with a 3 day eviction notice either by forum private message, /mail in game or via private message in game and give Slayer_Boy_2000 a chance to removed his items from the towns. @Slayer_Boy_2000 If you believe you have evidence that you are the legitimate owner of any of these towns please file another complaint, but from what I gather you are the co-mayor or resident of all of these towns. This allows @TheN00BISHPanda to remove you for any reason if a 3 day eviction notice is given. I'm going to lock this complaint to prevent it from dragging on. Locked - Complaint resolved.
To clear up any possible confusion that may have came about, @TheN00BISHPanda Please re-add @Slayer_Boy_2000 to all the towns (as mentioned in this complaint) for 3 days so that he can collect any items, as it is required before evicting someone, even if they are inactive. I will be checking this so hopefully it will be done in a timely manner. After the 3 days are up, you may remove him, but until then, slayer needs to be re-added.
