I said you were being difficult because literally every single other investor understands that the money is loaned out and that I simply do not have any personal cash to pay for it atm given the situation that had happened. You are the ONLY one who has just pushed and pushed. You say you wouldn't mind waiting for the money yet you file a complaint so you get the money right away...... Whatever man, 7 day grace period starts today. I will find a way to come up with the funds. -THCOOLAdditional Information: In the ~3 day exchange back and forth mails to try to get him to give me a straight answer, he dodges the direct question stated and tries to change the rules from what was previously agreed to. Then accuses me of filing complaint just to get it back instantly when I'm trying to clarify his own rules in the agreement and that I've pushed and pushed?... The least he could do is follow his own rules in the agreement and give a time which would work for him. I gave him an extra 3 weeks after my account expired (4 if you count after the complaint) and it was unreasonable to dodge the repeated requests and twist the bank's rules Seeing as he's banned now with his forum profile leading to an error page, it doesn't appear he had any intention of paying it back.
