Accused Username: THCOOLComplaint: I have 100k invested in the now defunct Vault of ECC with THCOOL and he is being slightly difficult in returning the invested money. clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. My account expiration date was earlier this month since I invested in early February and you're not allowed to withdraw for at least 2 months. When I logged on after the two months were up, I found that the bank had closed to due a major event, so I waited a few weeks to let things cool down until I requested the money back. For the past few days, I've been in /mail with him on getting the money back, but he's sort of dodged the request and told me that I can't withdraw since the money is loaned out and in the 5th message he tells me it's against the vault rules to do so, but I've checked the VOECC page and it's not stated. It states that I'm allowed to withdraw after two months + have to give at most 7 days for them to get the money together which is reasonable. I wouldn't mind waiting for the money, but I really need it back and cannot wait until June for repayment. It's also a little bit irresponsible to loan money with funds from an institution which closed. If anything, the money should've been held to repay investors/collect the loans still out.

This loan was done well before the closing of VoE so do not call it irresponsible. After the closing of VoE I have not given a single loan so please.... get your facts straight before you make a claim like this. "Upon confirmation of your withdrawal request, there is a 7 day grace period that you must give us to collect your deposit and return it." - VoE thread rule. (won't let me quote it for some reason. Perhaps because the thread is locked?) Since you've created this complaint on today's date, the 7 day grace period will begin now. I said you were being difficult because literally every single other investor understands that the money is loaned out and that I simply do not have any personal cash to pay for it atm given the situation that had happened. You are the ONLY one who has just pushed and pushed. You say you wouldn't mind waiting for the money yet you file a complaint so you get the money right away...... Whatever man, 7 day grace period starts today. I will find a way to come up with the funds.
