@SKSoccer I find it funny and honestly quite rude when people file complaints on others without even pming/mailing or trying to fix it with the person first. That being said, the only time you did contact me about this in-game you said "Ill give you a fews days extension" but got offline immediately before specifying till when or even allowing me to even discuss this with you which aggravates me. You also never mentioned any late fee at all :/ As for the money, I currently have about 550k in my balance. I fully intended and still intend to pay you the agreed 900k for the Eff7. I know you don't care as you stated but Im going to state why I don't have it all anyway. I currently have a 500k (600k payback) loan out to 3point that was due last week but he was unable to pay me back in time. I gave him an extra week (this was a few days ago). TheZombieMuffin also owes me 125k payback on a 100k loan that was due yesterday however he also has failed to payback and I have given a few extra days. On top of that, the reason I bought your eff7 was because a player broke mine while renting it. He paid me 125k back but then was banned shortly after which is why I bought the pick from you anyway. This is well over 1 million that people owe me that could very easily pay you with so its not an issue of whether i can get the money or not because i can, its just time. Yes, it is irresponsible of me to have taken these risks knowing that I owe you 900k I know that believe me. I really did not think that of all people, 3point would be unable to payback a loan. My main point is that I have never scammed or even been banned and never will, this was just a series of unfortunate events that happened at the wrong time so I apologize for that. Anyway, if you are in serious need of money this very second then I will happily pay you my current balance (currently 550k). If your willing to wait until I get loans back then I can assure you that you will get your money (hopefully within a week). Will this work?
@SKSoccer Come to think of it actually, The screenshot says within 3 weeks of Sept 26th which means its due today. Now this really is something because I actually pm'd u a few days ago asking when it was due and you said it was due that very day (before todays date) so that means you flat out lied to me :/. That also means that when you told me that you would give me a few extra days then i should still have time....... But i guess you decided to not honor your word
Hello @SKSoccer Unfortunately I am not able to enforce any late fees as this has not been agreed in the evidence you have provided. Reading from what @THCOOL has put it seems he is willing to pay you a large amount of the money that he owes , this being said is there any way you two can agree on an extended date for @THCOOL to pay the full amount back?
@THCOOL will be given until Friday the 23rd of October 2015 to pay @SKSoccer $900,000. If the user does not pay back on the new time they have been given please file another complaint. Locked, New payback date set
