Hello DeMacca, thank you for filing this complaint. Vulgarity is not tolerated and the user shall be warned for this as seen in the first screenshot. As for the second, this user will be told that asking for personal information is not allowed. This user will also be told that when someone asks you to stop pming them, you do so.
