I have come into the server today to find that all my money, inventory, and my town has been wiped clean. The contract as a mayor(town owner)stated that i would have to be gone minimum 6 months. I have logged into this server within the past 6 months to check on things. I was not given any warning, bans, or a considerate private message about this incident. Could someone please assist me in this matter.
Hi @tactica1 . I'd like to first off apologize that your belongings have been wiped. Due to our file clean up policy .dat files are erased after prolonged absence from the server. You can find the policy here for more information. The town owner that mentioned you had to be inactive for a minimum of 6 months may have been confused with our town claiming policy.
