Thats not illegal read signs before u click and ur a mayor. He is a jerk by doing that and should be shunned but its not illegal. Plus u do have no evidence.

With these logs and your screenshots I can see that you only received $750 out of the $45,000 you were promised for these stars.

@surferkev, please provide any proof you may have that you paid this user the remaining $44,250 within 24 hours of this post or I will be taking action in favor of captin for this complaint.

 

I will return the nstars if i will be given back my 750

No offense CaptinCupcake11 but he has a history of doing so, for example look at his ban appeal from last week.

Before making any large transactions, check the forums for any issues surrounding a player! You may or may not want to make trades with players who are known to scam others.

 

I feel this is relevant to this complaint --

The other day, I had a stuff-giveaway for any users of ecc. I put all the items in chests and let everyone gather what they could. Surferkev /cpersis'd and /lock'd all of the chests. I asked him nicely many times to unlock them, but he left. I sent him a tpa, but he /tpdeny'd. Aparently, he went to a chest far away, dumped his stuff, and tpa'd to someone to go for another run. I quickly covered the chests with blocks and asked him to leave multiple times, but he failed to do so. I pmed @generaljoecool and told him my situation. General had to tpa to me and forcefully remove Surfer from my town and unlock the chests.

I feel that surfer is not a very good user to have on this server (he definatly takes away some of the fun), especially if he is scamming users.

And to the rest of you the things your posting are not relevant to THIS complaint if you wish to complain about be please do it on another thread or in a private conversation. Your comments don't provide useful information to this complaint so please keep it off before this becomes a flame thread

 

As long as you haven't actually traded anything or made an auction, you back back out of any deal with no strings attached. Before you decided to sell your large quantity of nstars to him, the first thing you want to do is to verify if he is a reputable buyer/seller. This is meant as advice for future transactions you do with any player.

 

I will ask again please keep comments that do not provide evidence or useful information to this complaint should be posted elsewhere. If you want to give him advice do it in a private conversation

 

Again how does this provide information to the action in question here. You and @idkhowtoplay are both mayor and should have read all the rules and therefore should now you're not allowed to post unnecessary comments on complaint/ban appeals
