I have spoken with @surferkev about this matter in game. I cannot verify if surferkev was actually in the town at this time. However, to me, admitting to breaking a rule is as good as breaking a rule, and warrants a warning. Surferkev says that he lied about being in the town -- surferkev told me that his intention was to try to have oreo1227 allow him back in the town. Given the conversation that was screenshotted by oreo with timestamps, and the conversation I had with surferkev in game, I do not see how attesting to disrespecting someone, then turning around and admitting it was a lie, achieves that intent. That alone, is trolling/harassing. Locked - Surferkev warned for harassing/trolly behavior.
