    No, it was in fact faked. Bob was talking about never ranking up and as I joke I faked it. Bob did not apply for President.

    It appears the user was copying a post from the forums, not faking server messages.

    Thus, the given evidence is not sufficient enough to warrant staff action and will be dismissed.
