[User Complaint] SuburbSomeone

@ModernPerils was this during on or off peak? I understand that he has quite a few of his name in chat but that doesn't necessarily mean he was spamming it, as it may have simply just been no one responding for long periods of time. @SuburbSomeone can you also confirm either way? Don't turn it into an argument, just wanna see both sides of this seeing as the evidence doesn't absolutely say one way or the other (time zones and the like)

The user is well known for being kind, rule abiding and innocent. You have nothing to prove he was spamming and he is quitting as of this week so a warning likely would not effect him.

Quitting has nothing to do with it... Weather he's breaking a rule or not.

Oh, sorry about that. I was simply bored of mining and wanted to play Survival Games. I did not realize that this constituted spam, and promise not to repeat this offense.

 

The timing was closer to 50 seconds to one minute, though neither of us really has much proof as to how long it really was.
Actually, now that I think about it, it was closer to about two minutes.

 

Alright, well @SuburbSomeone please note that while this isn't really spam for the whole thing, that if you DO have a sentence already formed try to keep it in as few posts as possible (for example where you said 'oh' 'but' 'please' etc would be better in just one post. Not a huge deal, but still spammy. Thanks for understanding, and thanks for the complaint @ModernPerils
